Troubleshooting

What to do when a capture, a full page, an export or a shortcut does not behave.

  1. 01 Capture problems Fix InnoShot captures that do nothing or come out blank, from restricted pages and missing gestures to protected video, iframes and file URLs.
  2. 02 Full-page capture problems Fix full-page captures in InnoShot with repeated headers, missing lazy images, endless pages, animations, horizontal scroll, slow speed or zoom.
